M9 Systems Acquires Partnered Solutions

M9 Systems of Irvine, California, a data center and managed IT services provider, announced today that it is acquiring Partnered Solutions, Irvine, California, a network, systems integrator and web development company, in a structured deal that brings the resources of Partnered Solutions under the roof of M9 Systems. February 1st, 2004 will be the effective date of the acquisition.

M9 Systems will now expand its network architecture design, integration solutions and web development lines of business in Southern California. Arash Touski, CEO of M9 Systems, explained the benefits to his company that has multiplied its professional staff by acquiring the technologists from Partnered Solutions.

"As we expand our client and technology base we needed experienced pros in the IT industry and wanted to concentrate our efforts on outsourced and professional services, not training a new staff. This acquisition opens up the potential of aggressively marketing for the new year. We now have the staff to handle more clients."

"With web development and systems integration expertise expanded M9 Systems will launch a first quarter marketing and sales effort," Touski pointed out to a gathering in his new Irvine headquarters.

M9 Systems has data centers located in Irvine and Rancho Santa Margarita. It has its new headquarters in Irvine, California, after a recent move from Dana Point.
