M9 Systems and Nitech Partner in Internet Service Agreement

M9 Systems of Irvine, California, a data center services and Internet Services Provider, and Nitech of Irvine, California joined forces to provide Nitech's client base with new Internet connection services. The announcement was made by Arash Touski, CEO of M9 Systems .

"Combining sales and marketing efforts with Nitech will bring Nitech's clients into our client service agreement structures and provide Nitech's clients with upgraded Internet connections. M9 Systems will gain Nitech's resources for continued sales as part of this arrangement."

"Nitech will continue to sell its own line of architecture hardware while we continue with our data center group of products and services," explained Touski to a group of IT specialists at the announcement of the agreement between the partners.

Dan Nichol, Nitech's president, pointed out that M9 Systems was the perfect partner to work with in this arrangement, which clears the way for each company to strengthen their own market positions in Southern California.

"Streamlining Nitech's agenda was my goal for 2004, and this enables my vision to specialize in IT hardware while assuring myself that my customer list is served by the best provider I know in the region," Nichol added to Touski's remarks.

Touski and Nicol have known each other for years and the partnership gives each company growth in their dominant business lines. No cash or stock was involved, Touski pointed out. "It's a partnership, not a merger."

"Our client base expands and Nitech frees up resources to focus on their own business lines. It's good for both companies, so we agreed over the holidays to formalize what was a working arrangement anyway. We will be coordinating closely with Dan Nichol in our marketing and sales efforts beginning immediately. He has made it part of the agreement to lead a sales effort for us as we expand operations this year."

M9 Systems has recently moved its headquarters to new offices in Irvine . It has data centers in Irvine and Rancho Santa Margarita.
